Brags Seller Policy
Effective Date: 1 April 2026

This Seller Policy outlines the operational rules and standards that apply to all sellers using Brags.co.uk. This policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, the Brags Seller Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

In the event of any conflict, the Seller Agreement shall take precedence.


1. General Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations

  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, truthful, and not misleading

  • Maintain sufficient inventory levels

  • Fulfil all orders in a timely and professional manner

Failure to meet these requirements may result in enforcement action.


2. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listings:

  • Are complete, accurate, and up to date

  • Include clear descriptions, images, and pricing

  • Are correctly categorised

Sellers must not list:

  • Illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products

  • Items that infringe intellectual property rights


3. Order Fulfilment

Sellers must:

  • Dispatch orders promptly

  • Provide accurate tracking information where applicable

  • Package goods appropriately to prevent damage

Sellers remain fully responsible for delivery performance and outcomes.


4. Customer Service

Sellers must:

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly

  • Handle returns and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law

  • Resolve complaints in a professional manner


5. Returns and Refunds

Sellers must:

  • Clearly state their returns policy

  • Comply with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

  • Process refunds within a reasonable timeframe


6. Pricing and Fees

Sellers agree to applicable fees and commissions as set out in the Brags Seller Agreement.

All pricing must be transparent and compliant with UK pricing laws.


7. Marketing and Promotion

By listing products on Brags, sellers grant Brags permission to:

  • Promote listings across marketing channels

  • Use product content (images, descriptions, pricing) in advertising


8. Amazon Integration (SP-API)

Where sellers connect their Amazon account:

  • Sellers remain responsible for their Amazon account and compliance with Amazon policies

  • Brags accesses seller data only as authorised

  • Brags does not access Amazon customer personal data


9. Seller Performance

Brags monitors seller performance, including:

  • Delivery times

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Return rates

Poor performance may result in:

  • Listing removal

  • Account restrictions

  • Suspension or termination


10. Reviews and Feedback

Sellers must not:

  • Manipulate reviews

  • Offer incentives for positive feedback

  • Submit false or misleading reviews


11. Enforcement

Brags reserves the right to:

  • Remove listings

  • Suspend or terminate seller accounts

  • Take any action necessary to protect customers and the platform

Where possible, sellers will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve issues.


12. Disputes

Sellers are responsible for resolving disputes with customers.

Brags may assist in mediation but is not responsible for dispute outcomes.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Seller Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
