Brags Seller Policy

This Seller Policy outlines the operational rules and standards that apply to all sellers using Brags.co.uk. This policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, the Brags Seller Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
In the event of any conflict, the Seller Agreement shall take precedence.
1. General Seller Responsibilities

Sellers remain fully responsible for delivery performance and outcomes.

Resolve complaints in a professional manner

By listing products on Brags, sellers grant Brags permission to:

8. Amazon Integration (SP-API)
Where sellers connect their Amazon account:

Sellers remain responsible for their Amazon account and compliance with Amazon policies

Brags accesses seller data only as authorised

Brags does not access Amazon customer personal data
9. Seller Performance
Brags monitors seller performance, including:

Delivery times

Customer satisfaction

Return rates
Poor performance may result in:

Listing removal

Account restrictions

Suspension or termination
10. Reviews and Feedback
Sellers must not:

Manipulate reviews

Offer incentives for positive feedback

Submit false or misleading reviews
11. Enforcement
Brags reserves the right to:

Remove listings

Suspend or terminate seller accounts

Take any action necessary to protect customers and the platform
Where possible, sellers will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve issues.
12. Disputes
Sellers are responsible for resolving disputes with customers.
Brags may assist in mediation but is not responsible for dispute outcomes.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Seller Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
