Brags operates an online marketplace that enables third-party sellers to list and sell products to customers.

2. Marketplace Role

Brags acts as a platform provider only.

  • We are not the seller of goods listed by third-party sellers
  • Contracts for the sale of products are formed directly between the buyer and the seller
  • Sellers are responsible for product accuracy, legality, and fulfilment

3. User Accounts

You must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login details secure
  • Not use the platform for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are breached.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are set by sellers
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe
  • Brags does not store full payment card details

Once an order is placed:

  • The seller is responsible for fulfilment
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

5. Fulfilment and Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled by:

  • Sellers directly, or
  • Third-party fulfilment services, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF)

Where MCF is used:

  • Customer order details may be shared with Amazon solely for fulfilment
  • Amazon acts as an independent service provider

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by:

  • The individual seller’s return policy
  • Applicable UK consumer laws

Brags may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for issuing refunds.

7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate product listings
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Honour orders, returns, and customer service obligations
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Fulfilment
  • Customer complaints

8. Amazon SP-API Integration

Sellers may choose to connect their Amazon Seller accounts to Brags via Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API).

By connecting:

  • You authorise Brags to access seller account data (e.g., inventory, listings, order status)
  • You remain fully responsible for your Amazon Seller account and compliance with Amazon policies

Brags:

  • Uses Amazon data solely to provide requested services
  • Does not access Amazon customer personal data
  • Does not use Amazon data for marketing or advertising

You may revoke access at any time via Amazon Seller Central.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • Misuse data obtained via the platform
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
  • Upload harmful or misleading content

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (excluding seller listings) is owned by Brags or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or use content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Brags is not liable for actions of sellers or buyers
  • We do not guarantee product quality, availability, or accuracy
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from use of the platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful.

12. Data Protection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are breached
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect the platform or users

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
